Job Description
This role is based in our in-person office located off Luna Road in Farmers Branch.
All interviews for this position will be conducted in person in the office beginning Weds 1/21/2026. The Head of Revenue & Finance Operations owns all revenue flow, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and payouts across the platform. This role is accountable for ensuring money is billed correctly, collected on time, and distributed accurately. This role also leads the Finance VA team (4 people) and sets clear processes, controls, and performance standards. The position reports directly to the CEO and operates with high trust, authority, and accountability. This is not a CFO role and does not include fundraising, tax strategy, or investor relations. Core Ownership Areas Accounts Receivable (AR) Ownership
• Own the full AR process from invoice creation to payment receipt
• Track all client balances, due dates, and payment status
• Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Escalate and enforce collections for overdue accounts
• Maintain clear AR aging reports for the CEO
We are a fast-scaling, eight-figure company that places full-time virtual assistants for U.S. businesses and operates across multiple revenue streams, including staffing, subscriptions, licensing, and services. Sales are strong, demand is proven, and the business continues to grow year over year.
As we scale, financial operations accuracy and cash flow discipline are mission-critical. This is not a business struggling to generate revenue — it’s a business focused on ensuring revenue is billed correctly, collected on time, and distributed accurately across a growing platform. Our environment is execution-focused and in-person. Leadership decisions are made quickly, ownership is clear, and accountability matters. This role sits at the center of that execution, partnering directly with the CEO to ensure that cash comes in before cash goes out, clients follow payment terms, and payouts run cleanly and on schedule. We have an established finance operations team in place and strong institutional knowledge within the company. What we are building next is clear ownership, tighter controls, standardized workflows, and real-time visibility into accounts receivable, collections, and cash position. This is not a CFO or fundraising role.
