Description The Bernon Family Branch of the Hockomock Area YMCA in Franklin, MA is hiring Wellness Center Coaches. The Wellness Center Coach assists with motivating and educating fitness members in the Wellness Center. A variety of days and hours are available for all positions.
Requirements - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of the core values of the Hockomock YMCA (honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility)
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Certifications should include:
- CPR & First Aid
- Personal Trainers only - Current national certification (ACSM; ACE; NSCA; ISSA and/or AFAA) or a 4 year degree in a health related field (proof of completion of certification or relative degree must be submitted within 90 days of hire)
