🏡 What You'll Do (The Real Stuff) You'll provide hands-on care and support based on each client's individualized care plan, including:
- Personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
- Safe transfers, mobility support, and walking assistance
- Toileting assistance and skin care observation
- Meal prep, feeding, and light homemaking
- Medication reminders (no med administration)
- Monitoring client status and documenting care
- Keeping the home clean, safe, and comfortable
- Knowing when something's not right - and speaking up
