🏡 What You'll Do (The Real Stuff)

You'll provide hands-on care and support based on each client's individualized care plan, including:

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
• Safe transfers, mobility support, and walking assistance
• Toileting assistance and skin care observation
• Meal prep, feeding, and light homemaking
• Medication reminders (no med administration)
• Monitoring client status and documenting care
• Keeping the home clean, safe, and comfortable
• Knowing when something's not right - and speaking up
