Location: Fishers, IN
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
On-Call: None (No on-call rotation required)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at an apartment community in Fishers, IN. This position plays a key role in ensuring residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HVAC experience along with general apartment maintenance skills.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems within the community
• Complete apartment turns and make-readies in a timely manner
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks
• Address resident service requests and work orders efficiently
• Assist with general maintenance needs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including community grounds

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance or related HVAC experience
• HVAC certification strongly preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to and from the property
• Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
