Are you an HVAC Maintenance Technician looking for the next step in your career?

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing system issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring residential HVAC systems are running at peak efficiency. You'll also educate homeowners on system performance and present merchandising options to help them make informed decisions. If you take pride in delivering high-quality service and helping customers stay comfortable year-round, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

  • Perform routine HVAC maintenance to prevent future issues and improve efficiency.

  • Make light HVAC repairs when needed or recommend replacements.

  • Communicate clearly with homeowners , explaining any issues and next steps in a professional, friendly way.

  • Follow all safety protocols including local and state HVAC codes.

  • Keep detailed notes on recommendations, service visit details, and parts usage logs.

What You Bring

  • 1-3+ years of HVAC experience (residential preferred).

  • Completed HVAC training program or apprenticeship.

  • Valid HVAC license and driver’s license .

  • Strong skills in diagnostics, repair, and customer service .

  • Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, and outdoors.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

    • $3,000.00 for Candidates with 2+ yrs of Residential HVAC experience

    • $5,000.00 for Candidates with 3+ yrs of Residential HVAC experience .

$70,000—$140,000 USD
