The role you'll contribute:

Manages daily operations and develops, implements, and monitors plans for patient care services in the imaging department.

\n \n\n \n

• Monitors workflow and productivity, adjusting staffing and resources as needed to meet patient demand and ensure timely turnaround.

• Supports and oversees department regulatory and accreditation compliance.
\n \n
• Participates in budget planning and operational decision-making, providing input on staffing, equipment, and resource needs.
\n \n
• Engages in talent development, including onboarding, training, and the talent care process to foster a high-performing team.
\n \n
• Maintains effective communication with staff, leadership, clinical partners, facilitating alignment on priorities and expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate Required
\n \n
• Bachelor's Preferred
\n \n
• 0 Work Experience Required
\n \n
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required and
\n \n
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Required or
\n \n
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Required or
\n \n
• Nuclear Medicine Technology Cert Board (NMTCB) Required or
\n \n
• American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) Required or
\n \n
• Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Required or
\n \n
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Required or
\n \n
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) Required
\n \n\n \n\n
