Business Immigration Attorney - Join a Leading Amlaw 200 Legal Team - Huge Growth Potential

Our client, a well-respected national law firm, is seeking a Business Immigration Associate to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with some of NY's most decorated attorneys, gaining exposure to complex immigration matters , whilst assisting global corporations on a variety of legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file a variety of employment-based immigration petitions, including non-immigrant visas (E-1/2, H-1B, L-1, O-1) and immigrant petitions (EB-1/2/3).
- Maintain and track case records, manage filing deadlines, and ensure compliance with relevant timelines.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and policy updates, and communicate key insights to the team.
- Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive legal support across all aspects of employment-based immigration.
- Engage directly with clients and government agencies, ensuring smooth communication and accurate filings.
Qualifications:
- You must have at least 1 year experience in business immigration law at a law firm .
- Strong understanding of non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Admission to the NY and a strong academic record.
