Job Description
At Circa Service Group, we are dedicated to providing excellent and efficient service and support to our customers. We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team and assist with inbound calls from our customers and business partners and help with other essential office tasks.
As an Inbound Call Agent, you will be responsible for handling a moderate number of inbound calls (40-60+ per day) and assisting the caller with their needs. In addition, you will be trained on and may be asked to assist with various administrative tasks to support office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from customers and our warranty company business partners, assisting the caller as needed
- Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
- Take payments as needed
- Maintain thorough and accurate notes regarding all communications with callers.
- Assist with additional office tasks such as data entry, client portal updates, and other administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic computer skills and experience with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Prior experience in customer service or office administration is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Friendly, positive attitude.
