Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build rapport with Spanish-speaking clients and understand their specific insurance needs.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to provide tailored insurance advice that best suits each client.

Responsive Communication: Manage and respond to inquiries from potential and existing clients efficiently and clearly in both Spanish and English.

Policy Personalization: Customize insurance plan options to meet the diverse needs of our client base.

Proactive Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients to introduce Morningside Insurance Group's offerings.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest insurance trends and industry standards to offer relevant advice.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records using our CRM system to ensure seamless client interaction.

Requirements

Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Licensing: Possession of an active insurance sales license is required; familiarity with Iowa insurance regulations is advantageous.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, preferably in a bilingual environment, is highly desirable.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with an emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships.

Tech-Savvy: Competence in using CRM software and other digital tools for remote work.

Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
