About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Intake Concierge Attorney to join our Temecula office serving the Inland Empire. This is a full-time, in-person role. General knowledge of family law is preferred but not required.

In addition to base salary, we provide bonus incentives for bringing in new clients. Bonuses are calculated and distributed every two weeks through payroll.

This is a sales-focused position serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. The role involves conducting initial phone consultations, followed by in-office strategic meetings with our litigators. Responsibilities include managing new client intake, guiding consultations, and strategically pairing clients with the attorneys best suited to their needs.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct phone and in-person consultations on demand, build rapport, and convert qualified leads into clients.
• Identify issues, assess case fit, match clients with the appropriate litigator, and clearly explain retainers and next steps. Deliver exceptional service, ensuring that even non-retained clients leave with a sense of value and clarity.
• Strategically pair clients with litigators best suited to their needs based on case complexity and budget.
• Oversee onboarding, including setting up new clients in our software systems, ensuring smooth transition to the litigation team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers or partners.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 5+ years of legal experience
