Key Considerations:
Licensure: Requires an active real estate license based on your work location. If you don’t have one yet, don’t worry! We’ll guide you on obtaining yours once we start our conversation.
Compensation Plan : Similar to most licensed real estate agents - Independent contractor (1099) status – 100% commission-based. Agents average $93,000in commission, with high performing agents making over $160,000in their first year and well over $450,000 annually in subsequent years.
