Ability to collaborate with teams across departments to gather requirements and implement Jira solutions. System Administration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining the Jira Cloud environment. Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions across different projects. Performing system upgrades and updates to Jira Cloud. Monitoring system performance and addressing potential issues. Project Setup and Configuration: Required Skills and Qualifications: Creating and structuring new Jira projects based on team needs. Use existing templates with predefined configurations and schemas Customizing project boards and dashboards to visualize project progress. Troubleshooting Project Boards Workflow Management: Designing and implementing complex workflows with conditional rules and automation. Managing issue escalations and notifications based on workflow stages. Creating custom issue types and fields to align with specific business processes. User Training and Support: Providing training to new users on Jira features and best practices. Assisting users with troubleshooting issues and answering questions about Jira functionality. Documenting user guides and knowledge base articles. System Administration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining the Jira Cloud environment.
