Use existing templates with predefined configurations and schemas Customizing project boards and dashboards to visualize project progress. Troubleshooting Project Boards Workflow Management: Designing and implementing complex workflows with conditional rules and automation. Managing issue escalations and notifications based on workflow stages. Creating custom issue types and fields to align with specific business processes. User Training and Support: Providing training to new users on Jira features and best practices. Assisting users with troubleshooting issues and answering questions about Jira functionality.
