Must have experience providing inspections for residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects. Experience with California adopted codes preferred. Project locations and durations range from assignment to assignment./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliPerform inspections to verify construction is completed in adherence with approved codes, laws ordinances, regulations and standards/liliVerify that construction complies with approved plans and calculations/liliRead, research, and objectively interpret code requirements/liliMaintain clear, concise and comprehensive records related to inspection activities/liliReview complex engineering documents to ensure construction compliance/liliInterface with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients through participation in project meetings and daily site interaction./liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pstrongRequired Skills and Experience/strong/pulli3+ years of experience performing inspections/liliMust possess experience providing inspections for energy generation, transmission, or heavy industrial projects/liliMust possess strong verbal and written communication skills and act as a team player with clients and co-workers./liliAbility to utilize Microsoft office software/liliMust be able to work independently and consistently meet deadlines/li/ulpstrongLicenses and Certifications/strong/pulliMust have current inspection certificate issued by the International Code Council (ICC)/li/ulpThe pay range for this California position is $50.00- $60.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
