Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Electrician with a strong work ethic and technical skills to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in installations, troubleshooting, and repairs for both new construction and existing buildings.

Clements Electric is seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman or Wireman Licensed Electrician to perform residential and light commercial electrical work. • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components per NEC and local codes
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
• Collaborate with project teams to complete jobs safely, on time, and within budget
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Texas Department of licenses and Regulations (TDLR)Journeyman or Wireman Electrician License 
• 2+ years of residential and/or commercial electrical experience
• Strong understanding of NEC and local codes
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Clean driving record
• Willingness to travel throughout the DFW Metroplex

Preferred:

• Experience in estimating
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with low-voltage systems and electrical testing

Job Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts
• Pay: $28–$40 per hour, depending on experience level – You will be  paid weekly
• Mileage reimbursement provided when using personal work vehicle
