Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a motivated and driven Junior Business Developer / Sales Lead to join our client's dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of business development and B2B sales. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach
Schedule and coordinate appointments with prospective clients
Conduct introductory meetings with mid-sized businesses
Develop a strong understanding of our services and solutions
Build and maintain relationships with business decision-makers
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and manage a sales pipeline
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
