We are looking for an entry-level Data Analyst who should be self-directed and will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop adaptive processes for standardization, automation, & scalability across the department
• Manage data quality & consolidation across multiple batched and/or streaming ingestion sources
• Develop and maintain databases to store and organize large datasets
• Manage OneStream application as an administrator, which involves loading data from snowflake, maintaining business rules, and creating cube view reports
• Create visualizations including charts, and dashboards to communicate findings and KPIs to stakeholders and executives
• Research existing data processing workflows and make recommendations for corrections and improvements for higher efficiency
• Project management of multiple ongoing activities including coordination of IT and internal team resources to better understand how information is stored, modeled, and tagged
• Design and develop ETL workflows and train end-users on new reports and dashboards
• Ensure data governance policies and security measures are implemented

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven working experience as Data Analyst for over 2 years
• Minimum of bachelor's degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Technical expertise regarding data lakes, data models, data warehousing, analytics, and business intelligence
• Strong knowledge of ETL and experience utilizing different tech stacks - SQL Service Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, Azure, Snowflake, Alteryx Designer and Server Excel, etc
• Experience with OneStream application is a strong plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Highly motivated problem solver with the ability to think critically
