Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-3 years of experience who want to build a strong foundation in data analysis, reporting, and business insights. Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to support business reporting
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Assist in building dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI
Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports
Work closely with business teams to understand analytical needs and deliver data-driven solutions
Support ad-hoc analysis and help prepare presentations or summaries for leadership
Participate in real-time projects to gain hands-on analytical experience
Engage in interview preparation sessions and receive ongoing job support
Required Skills
0-3 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
Strong understanding of data analysis fundamentals and statistical concepts
Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
Basic understanding of data cleaning, validation, and data quality processes
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
