Overview A loving family in Soho, NYC, with two children and a newborn, is seeking a Live-In weekend nanny to add to their team. The current nanny works Monday through Friday and there is a newborn care specialist through October. This role would be live-in from Friday afternoon until Monday morning. If the candidate is able to also do Wednesday and Thursday from 4pm-7pm, that would be a plus but not required. This role requires both domestic and international travel and flexibility to extend the schedule for travel days. Responsibilities All aspects of childcare including, but not limited to, feeding, daily activities, parties, routine management and bedtimes Enrichment in age-appropriate activities that foster physical, social, and emotional growth both in and out of the home Parents are home on the weekends, so nanny is never alone with all of the children Light housekeeping related to the child, which will include keeping spaces organized, clean, and tidy Managing children's laundry and sanitizing any toys or bottles/feeding items Communicating with the parents about milestones, activities, temperament, and needs and collaborating with them on her care. Travel domestically and internationally with the family for more extended periods. Flexibility in schedule is key! Helping with packing Traveling Meal prep/healthy snacks Note: This is a live-in role and involves sharing a room with the child.
