As a residential landscape sales designer in White Lake Township – Highland Hills MI area :
· Meet with residential clients from company generated leads, or your own professional network to develop high-end clientele.
· Translate customer into design including: retaining walls, hardscapes, decks and plantings.
· Develop, recommend, present designs and estimates, closing the ultimate installation sale.

Required
Sales experience is preferred. No cold calling – leads generated by our 40+ years of excellence are provided. Networking and referral client lead development skills considered a plus.
· 10 years minimum landscape design and construction experience
· Excel and Microsoft Office experience required
· Ability to create pencil sketch designs to scale – translated by company to CAD/3D
· Degree in landscape architecture, construction OR related field preferred
