*What We’re Looking For:*
An experienced and motivated *tax attorney* with *7–10 years of transactional tax law experience*. Bonus if you have a background in *tax controversy*.

*Job Type: * Full Time

*Location:* Providence RI (In-Person / Hybrid)

*Key Qualifications:*

✔ Experience with partnerships, corporations, equity compensation, and trusts & estates
✔ LL.M. in Taxation (required)
✔ Rhode Island Bar Admission (or eligibility)
✔ Strong academic credentials
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects independently
✔ Portable billings a plus (not required)
