This role involves managing permitting and final inspections, handling legal documentation, and coordinating schedules for various teams, including project managers, installers, and service technicians. The Lead Production Assistant must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.Key Responsibilities:Permitting & Final Inspections:Manage all aspects of the permitting process, including submitting applications, tracking approvals, and scheduling inspections.Coordinate final inspections with relevant authorities and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.Maintain accurate records of permits and inspection results.WarrantyLegal Documentation:Prepare and manage legal documents related to projects, such as contracts, waivers, and insurance certificates.Ensure all necessary documentation is properly completed, signed, and filed.Stay up-to-date on relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Scheduling:Coordinate and schedule project managers, installation crews, and service technicians to ensure timely project completion.Optimize schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.Communicate effectively with all parties involved to ensure clear expectations and avoid scheduling conflicts.EOS Pillars (Focus on how this role contributes to each pillar):Vision: Understand and support the company's vision for efficient production processes and customer satisfaction.People: Build strong relationships with project managers, installers, service technicians, and other stakeholders.
