Do you take pride in high-quality preventative maintenance and love helping service technicians grow? Williams is looking for aLead Technical Advisorto oversee our HVAC and Plumbing maintenance programs, support field technicians, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service year-round.

In this role, youll manage the entire maintenance workflow, from scheduling to quality control, while improving processes, developing service technicians, and driving system reliability across our customer base.

What Youll Do:

• Oversee scheduling, completion, and quality assurance for all maintenance visits.
• Support HVAC/Plumbing service technicians in the field with troubleshooting, documentation standards, and service consistency.
• Audit maintenance reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and follow-up recommendations.
• Develop and maintain standardized maintenance procedures and checklists for HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager on system deficiencies, training needs, and potential sales opportunities.
• Track performance trends to develop proactive maintenance strategies and reduce recurring issues.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations to keep schedules efficient and organized.

What You Bring:

• Experienced in HVAC and/or Plumbing maintenance with strong technical understanding of system performance.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering reliable and consistent service.
• A natural coach who enjoys developing service technicians and improving processes.
• Comfortable in both the field and the office, balancing hands-on support with administrative oversight.
• A strong communicator who values clarity, consistency, and teamwork.
