Job Title : Leasing Agent

 

Location : Scottsdale, AZ

 

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated Leasing Agent to join our team at Keyrenter Premier. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate rental market.

 

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to) :

  • Property on-board ensure all items on the onboarding checklist are completed, such as preliminary minimum property standard walkthrough, marketing photos/video and description.
  • Coordinate advertising the property across multiple platforms to attract potential renters.
  • Conduct property viewings for potential tenants.
  • Execute lease agreements with tenants.
  • Manage and update listings of available properties.
  • Coordinate with Property Manager and maintenance team to prepare properties for new tenants.
  • Ensure potential tenants meet property qualifications.
  • Work with application team to conduct credit checks and other background tasks to qualify potential renters.
  • Answer inquiries from potential.
  • Create House Rules Document & Move-in Packet
  • Collect application fees, security deposits and rent payments.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials that promote our property management services.

 

Qualifications :

• Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent, in good standing, in the State of Arizona.

• 2 years customer service, office environment or real estate related field

• High School Diploma plus some post graduate training/education

• Must follow and live by company values

• Must be organized and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects

• Must be honest and dependable

• Must be fun to be around and full of good positive energy

• Must have a winning, can-do attitude

• Must leave the drama at the door and come ready to work hard and play hard

• Must live in the Phoenix metro area

• Have your own working vehicle & smart phone

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license

• Must have current everyday level computer skills

• Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Spanish a plus.
