We’re currently seeking a conscientious and reliable Legal Intern who’s eager to gain practical legal experience in an active NYC practice. This is an onsite-only role , ideal for a law student looking to build strong legal fundamentals in a real-world setting.
What You’ll Do
Perform legal research and draft memoranda or case summaries
Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
Maintain and organize physical and digital case files
Help prepare for court filings and proceedings
Participate in client meetings or hearings (as permitted)
Provide general administrative support to the attorney
What We’re Looking For
Enrolled in an accredited law school (1L–3L)
High attention to detail and excellent writing/editing skills
Organized, punctual, and eager to learn
Discreet and respectful of confidential client matters
Able to work onsite in Lower Manhattan at least 10 hours/week
Experience with legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis) is a plus
