Full-time Job Opportunity for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support our mission in democratizing access to high-quality mental health care! SALARY

• $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct therapeutically sessions with clients
• Work collaboratively with prescribers who are managing your clients' medication, in tandem with therapy services you are providing
• Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
• Participates in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitates advance care planning.
• Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
• Work alongside other like-minded clinicians that have a common goal to positively impact the lives of others, and create an environment that leads to favorable outcomes for clients
• Documents patient care activity in institutional electronic healthcare record in accordance with departmental documentation policy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current California state licensure as  LCSW .
• Preferred 3 years of experience in diagnosing mental health disorders
• Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing & implementing outcome-focused care
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Knowledgeable in crisis response
