Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details Responsibilities:
1. Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to carry out electrical plans for new and existing commercial construction projects.
2. Installing and repairing electrical systems and equipment within commercial buildings, including wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting.
3. Inspecting, troubleshooting, and conducting tests on electrical systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety codes.
4. Obtaining the necessary permits and licenses for all electrical work performed.
5. Collaborating with construction and engineering teams to design and apply electrical systems for new construction projects.
6. Responding to emergency situations to resolve immediate electrical issues, ensuring a safe environment.
7. Providing professional, reliable, and efficient service to all clients, maintaining the company's reputation for excellence.
8. Keeping up to date with advancements in electrical technology and modern installation techniques.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:
1. A valid state Electrician's License.
2. A minimum of 4 years' experience as an electrician, preferably within the commercial construction industry.
3. Experience working in healthcare or hospital environments is highly desirable.
4. In-depth knowledge of commercial electrical systems, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical components.
5. Familiarity with electrical permit processes and a proven track record of obtaining permits in a timely manner.
6. Strong understanding of state and local building regulations and codes.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues quickly and effectively.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
9. Physically fit and able to work in various conditions, including high and low temperatures, indoor and outdoor environments, and potentially hazardous areas.
10. A strong commitment to safety and adherence to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
