We are seeking a Bilingual Light Industrial Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities from recruiting, onboarding, and retaining existing employees.

Responsibilities :

• Screen, recruit and interview potential employees
• Support safety and health program
• Onboard and train new employees
• Assist employees with benefit enrollment
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Maintain metrics and supply KPI/reports to management
• Assist with payroll and timekeeping
• Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

• Maintain absolute confidentiality
• Previous experience in Human Resources, manufacturing supervision, recruiting, or related fields
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Knowledge of employment laws
• Strong interpersonal skills/Ability to build to communicate with employees and managers at all levels
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability using Microsoft Office as well as HRIS, HRMS, HCM and/or ATS software
• Excellent written and verbal communication
