Position: Live-In Domestic Couple (one must be a Chef)
Location: Southwest Michigan (near Lake Michigan)
Compensation: $100–125K base per person + full benefits (100% covered, no dependents).
Overview
An UHNW family with a beautiful estate is seeking an experienced live-in Domestic Couple to provide high-level service and household support. This is a unique opportunity to work in a stunning seasonal residence, offering hotel-level service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide top-tier hospitality service , ensuring an environment comparable to luxury hotels or private inns.
One member of the couple will serve as the Chef , preparing three daily meals and an appetizer/cocktail hour, with emphasis on seasonally inspired, high-quality dining.
Oversee daily household operations , ensuring seamless experiences for the principals and their guests.
Work collaboratively with an existing domestic couple who handle housekeeping and handyman duties.
Assist with vendor management, guest services, entertaining, and event coordination as needed.
Maintain the estate to the highest standards of presentation, discretion, and service.
Living Situation & Perks
A newly renovated 4-bedroom home on the property will be provided (family-friendly and pet-friendly).
An SUV is available for use on property.
Ideal Candidates
Experienced in private service and hospitality , with a background in UHNW households, luxury hotels, or estates.
A talented Chef capable of preparing a wide variety of meals with a focus on quality, creativity, and presentation.
Professional, discreet, and service-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable in a seasonal, live-in role and able to work collaboratively with other household staff.
