The role of a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) involves providing psychotherapeutic services remotely, either in-person or via telehealth. Counselors can set flexible hours and grow their practice with support from Headway, which assists with insurance credentialing and patient referrals. This position emphasizes access to mental health care while allowing clinicians to maintain their own practice management.

Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Wage: Between $95-$130 an hour

• LMHC
• LPCMH
