We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Loan Officer Assistant to join our fast-paced office in Troy, MI ! This is a full-time, in-person position where your main responsibility is to dial all day ☎️ , generate your own leads, and build your own pipeline.
This is a commission-only role.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
📞 Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential borrowers
📅 Follow up with interested leads and keep your pipeline active
🗂️ Collect basic borrower information and documentation as needed
🧠 Maintain detailed notes and follow-ups in the CRM
🔥 Hit daily call and conversion goals with consistency
🏆 Build relationships and convert conversations into loan opportunities
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Must be able to work on-site in Troy, MI — this is an in-office role only
✅ Comfortable making 200+ calls per day
✅ Full-time availability — Monday through Friday
✅ Sales or call center experience is highly preferred
✅ Strong communication and follow-up skills
✅ Ambitious, self-motivated, and not afraid to hustle
✅ Must be comfortable with a 100% commission-based pay structure
