First Connect Health is seeking a LPN / LVN for a local contract job in Revere, Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: LPN / LVN
• Discipline: LPN / LVN
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 39 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings, rotating
• Employment Type: Local Contract

LPN / LVN – Rotating Day/Evening Shift

Location: Revere, MA
Shift: 8-hour Day/Evening (Rotating)

Requirements

• 1–2 years recent experience in specialty
• Active Massachusetts LPN/LVN license (required at submission)
• AHA BLS – required
• Up-to-date resume
• Two (2) recent manager/supervisor references in same specialty
• Skills checklist matching specialty
• Valid driver’s license (address must match demographics)
• Flu vaccine required (during season)
• RTO must be submitted upfront (not guaranteed after confirmation)
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Cannot have previously worked permanent staff at any Cambridge facility
