First Connect Health is seeking a LPN / LVN for a local contract job in Revere, Massachusetts.

- Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings, rotating
- Employment Type: Local Contract
LPN / LVN – Rotating Day/Evening Shift
Location: Revere, MA
Shift: 8-hour Day/Evening (Rotating)
Requirements
- 1–2 years recent experience in specialty
- Active Massachusetts LPN/LVN license (required at submission)
- AHA BLS – required
- Up-to-date resume
- Two (2) recent manager/supervisor references in same specialty
- Skills checklist matching specialty
- Valid driver’s license (address must match demographics)
- Flu vaccine required (during season)
- RTO must be submitted upfront (not guaranteed after confirmation)
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Cannot have previously worked permanent staff at any Cambridge facility
