💼 Position Highlights:
• Consistent schedule
• Starting pay: $18/hour and up
• Supportive team environment
🔧 What You’ll Do: As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for:
• Performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and light cosmetic updates
• Supporting safety inspections and compliance efforts
• Responding to occasional maintenance emergencies (on-call rotation)
• Assisting a nearby sister property when needed (minimal travel, fully compensated)
You’ll work independently most days, but always have the support of a friendly, experienced hotel team.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, dependable, and self-motivated
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally more)
• Comfortable with basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
• Available for occasional after-hours or emergency calls
• Organized and tech-savvy—able to track tasks using a maintenance app
