Job Description:
We are seeking a Managed Care Specialist for a hybrid role that combines remote work with in-office responsibilities. The ideal candidate will assist in determining eligibility for care programs, manage casework effectively, and provide legal research and documentation support. Extensive training will be provided, and candidates must be local to Middle TN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine individual and family eligibility for care programs.
• Conduct client interviews and compile case data for recommendations.
• Manage casework timely with proper documentation and resolution.
• Provide legal research, analysis, and draft legal documents.
• Work efficiently across multiple databases to extract information.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Experience in a legal environment or paralegal studies is a plus.
