Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Manufacturing Sub-Assembler/Technician to join our production team.
• The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in working with electrical/mechanical components and assemblies using a range of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Tool Operation: Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment (such as soldering irons, crimping tools, multimeters) to perform a wide range of electrical assembly tasks.
• Assembly: Perform basic wiring, soldering, and component installation based on electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols while working with electrical components and tools.
• Quality Control: Ensure assemblies meet defined quality standards through inspection and testing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members, senior assemblers, and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or inconsistencies in the assembly process.

Experience:

• Basic understanding of electrical components and assembly methods.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with or willingness to learn soldering, wiring, and component testing.
• Comfortable using standard hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative on new tasks.

Skills:

• Knowledge of industry-standard soldering and wiring practices.
• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly-line environment.
• Micro-assembly or batch production

Education:

Technical Certificate, associate’s degree, or military technical training in a relevant discipline. BSEE, BSEET, or equivalent engineering degree preferred.
