Job Description HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MARKETING ASSISTANT IN HIALEAH GARDENS, FL Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Hialeah Gardens, FL. This individual will be responsible for managing point-of-purchase (POP) materials, supporting sales with strategic reporting, controlling marketing expenses, and overseeing brand presence across retail and wholesale channels. This position also coordinates events, assists with repack projects, and provides cross-functional support to ensure effective marketing operations. Pay, Schedule, and Location - Starting at $21/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Located in Hialeah Gardens, FL
Duties and Responsibilities - Prepare and maintain: AK Reports, SKU sales reports by category and by country, COOP monthly control reports, Purchasing plans, and POP inventory reports
- Provide tailored reports and insights to support the sales team with market and client analysis
- Process and manage POP material orders
- Monitor both virtual and physical POP inventory (quarterly audits)
- Negotiate orders and terms with existing and new suppliers
- Reconcile and review marketing expenses per commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with budget and internal payment procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Monitor customer budgets
- Ensure documentation meets auditing standards and reporting deadlines
- Oversee monthly COOP reports and reconcile with Accounts Payable
- Additional related tasks and responsibilities as assigned
