Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our experiential marketing campaigns by engaging with customers, helping manage campaign teams, and contributing to overall campaign success. Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers during live marketing campaigns, representing brands in a professional and engaging manner.
• Assist in team coordination , supporting campaign execution and performance tracking.

• Provide feedback on campaign performance and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Participate in training programs designed to develop marketing and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

• A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer engagement is beneficial but not required.
