About this role

We’re looking for a flexible and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator who’s excited to take on a variety of tasks and contribute to different aspects of our marketing efforts. This role offers the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of activities, from creating content and supporting campaigns to assisting with events and social media. This is a full-time position based at our Kirkland office and requires in-office presence.

Responsibilities

Help with the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring everything runs smoothly and deadlines are met.

Assist in writing and editing engaging content for emails, social media posts, blogs, and other marketing materials.

Support social media activities by scheduling posts, interacting with our audience, and tracking performance.

Support in event coordination (virtual and in-person).

Track campaign performance and customer engagement and share insights to help improve future initiatives.

Ensure that all marketing materials reflect our brand’s voice and message in a consistent and creative way.

Provide organizational and administrative support to the marketing team to help keep projects on track and ensure things run smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Some experience in marketing, communications, or a related area is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear and engaging content.
  • Comfortable with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing tools, etc.).
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks while staying flexible with shifting priorities.
  • A creative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas and solutions.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to grow and learn on the job.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $63,000 - $72,000. The range provided is broad and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, location, and other business needs.

The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a performance bonus and very generous benefits.
