The attorney hired for this position will work directly with partners and other associates on litigation matters in a fast-paced, active environment and directly communicate and interact with clients. Qualifications One (1) to Three (3) years of mass tort experience Experience with asbestos will be strongly considered Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Competence and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently Court and deposition experience strongly preferred Massachusetts bar admission is required, Rhode Island and/or Connecticut bar admission is a plus We invite you to apply if you have substantive mass tort litigation experience and are looking for an exciting opportunity in a growing, collaborative firm where your contributions are valued and integral to our continued success.
