A law firm in New York City, NY, is seeking a Mid-level IP Tech Patent Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field. Familiarity with source code is preferred. Excellent academic credentials and references are required; candidates must be licensed to practice law in NY or eligible to become licensed.
