We have open positions in our Old Hickory, Donelson, Hermitage, Brentwood, Antioch and South Nashville service areas. Job Description: As a Part-Time Dog Walker, you'll be stepping up to the plate to provide top-notch care and exercise for our furry clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Take dogs of all sizes on exciting midday strolls, turning every walk into an adventure.
- Keep our canine clients happy and safe while following their unique walking routines.
- Shower our furry friends with love, treats, and belly rubs.
- Provide lots of positive reinforcement.
- Share updates with pet parents via our app, including cute photos and fun stories.
- Keep an eye out for any unusual behavior and report it to pet owners.
- Be a responsible, reliable, punctual team member.
Opportunities for extra hours covering pet sitting visits is a possibility if you also have availability during morning and evening hours Monday through Friday, and/or weekends and holidays. Some basic job requirements: - Available to work Mon - Fri from 10AM - 2PM (must be available at least 2 days per week)
- Over 18 years of age (insurance requirement)
- Reliable, insured transportation and valid driver's license with clean driving record
- A genuine passion for working with and caring for dogs of all sizes and breeds
- Great communication skills - both human and canine
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, yet still be a team player
- Must be able to safely lift 30 pounds and be on your feet walking in all weather conditions
- GPS enabled smartphone with unlimited data plan
- Willing and able to work, and drive, in all weather conditions
- Available to work some holidays (you will be paid time and a half on holidays)
