Mill Production Worker

Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Starting pay: $15.00 - $18.00/hr DOE
Full-time | Rotating Shifts

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Mill Production Worker to support daily operations in an industrial setting. This role involves assisting in multiple departments, performing general labor tasks, and ensuring production processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the yard crew, press room, and refinery as needed.
Perform general labor tasks to support production and operational efficiency.
Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
