We’re looking for **40 Virtual Assistants** to start ASAP!

**Location:** Remote (Work from home)

**Schedule:** Must work during Pacific hours

**Hours:** Minimum 30-40 hours/week

**Pay:** $5/hour (with growth opportunities)

### **💼 About the Role:**

You will help successful Physicians grow their visibility online and attract more clients — all with the help of easy-to-use tools and training provided. Your job is to take videos of the Physician, turn them into simple content, and post them on social media.

**_We have a full system and training in place._** You just need to show up with great energy, attention to detail, and a heart to serve.

### **✅ Your Main Tasks:**

* Interview the Physicians on Zoom (2x a month, just 30 mins)
* Upload the recording to []( [GetMunch.com]( (we’ll train you)
* Use ChatGPT to create 45 quotes from the Physician’s video
* Design 45 quote images in Canva (training provided)
* Post 1 quote or video each weekday on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
* Add correct links to book appointments
* Respond to comments and messages on social media
* Send a weekly email/newsletter to followers
* Tag and track leads
* Pull reports on how posts are performing
* Help build the Physician’s reputation using testimonials and follow-ups

### **🛠 Tools You’ll Use (Training Provided!):**

* **ChatGPT** – write captions and quotes
* [**GetMunch.com**]( – clip videos from interviews
* **Canva Pro** – create quote images in bulk
* **Google Drive** – for sharing and organizing
* **Gamma.app** – help make slides (training provided)

* Experience with **Canva** (you know how to make clean, branded graphics)
* Proven ability to create high-quality video/reel samples (captions, transitions, branding, etc.) **shown in your** **portfolio**.
* You write clearly and professionally in English
* You are kind, organized, cheerful, and love helping others
* You care about doing high-quality work
* You can follow detailed instructions and check your work
* Preference will be given to candidates with experience serving US-based clients.
