Achieve at Home Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking PRN *Occupational Therapists *that are interested in providing exceptional Occupational Therapy care in the comfort of the patient’s home. *Qualifications:*
* *Active NY OT License*
* *Hands on CPR certification*
* *Current TB/PPD*
*Responsibilities Include:*
* *Provide services that help improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from diseases or injuries.*
* *Record patient responses to treatments and reports outcomes of treatment through proper documentation*
* *Establishing relationships with your patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment*
* *Provide guidance to family members and home health aides*
* *Conducting yourself in a kind, courteous and professional manner to all patients, family members, home health aides, and anyone else involved in caring for the patient*
