An industry leader in cutting-edge technology and infrastructure solutions is seeking an Office Coordinator to join the team in New York City.

Who You Are

• You have 2+ years of experience in corporate or luxury hospitality
• Energetic and approachable with a professional, welcoming presence
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable taking initiative and supporting both administrative and office coordination tasks

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist office visitors while ensuring a positive experience
• Coordinate office logistics including pantry upkeep, coffee supplies, and food deliveries
• Manage travel and expense reports for the executive team
• Support onboarding processes and assist with general office coordination
• Provide administrative support for leadership and team projects
• Help plan and execute office events such as holiday celebrations
• Occasionally run errands such as picking up items from local stores
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment, including kitchen organization

• Office operations run smoothly and visitors feel welcomed
• Executive team receives timely and accurate administrative support
• Events and office activities are well-organized and enjoyable
• The workspace remains clean, stocked, and inviting for employees and guests

Salary Range: $65,000 – 75,000 annually, based on experience

Location: New York, NY – Fully on site
