Potomac View Surgery Center is hiring an FT OR Nurse

Our technology allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of: Ears, Nose & Throat Surgery, Orthopedics, and Spine. The OR Nurse is responsible for nursing activities related to the care of the patient experiencing an operative or other invasive procedure.

Pay Range- Min: $43 to Max: $52

(Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
\n
• Minimum two years of previous OR experience preferred
\n
• Current Maryland license as a Registered Nurse
\n
• Current in CPR and ACLS
\n
• Possess the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
\n
• Possess the ability to deal tactfully with patients, families, physicians, and employees. 
\n
• Knowledgeable of policies and procedures specific to operating room nurses. 
\n
