To plan and direct operations while improving productivity, efficiency and profitability. All while maintaining our high standards of Quality and Cleanliness.

· Daily production scheduling and coordination between departments. Production, Packaging and Shipping Departments.

· HACCP Coordinator - manage and oversee all tasks related to HACCP.

· SSOP Management - Oversee all SSOP Policies and procedure and make sure the plant is in Sanitary conditions at all times.

· Staff Management - Establish work schedules - Supervise Staff - Monitor and Evaluate performance - Recruitment and placement of required staff.

· Quality Control

· Raw Materials Purchasing - Beef & Pork - Natural & Artificial Casings - Packaging Materials

· Ability to operate equipment in a backup capacity and training of operators when necessary.

· BA Degree in Operations Management or Equivalent

· Industry relevant production experience

· Knowledge of Business Management & Principles

· Knowledge of Human Resource Management & Principles

· Knowledge of Project Management & Principles

· Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills
