Weekend AM Shift - Fri-Sun 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes.
• Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards to compete in a world-class manufacturing environment.
• Monitor and adjust production processes to achieve efficient performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or production issues promptly.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical competence and troubleshooting proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow strict safety and operational procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical training preferred.
