DatamanUSA has an exciting opportunity for an Oracle Database Administrator to work with one of our direct clients in Los Angeles, CA.

Job Details :


Job Title:  Oracle Database Administrator
Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)
Location:  Los Angeles, CA (Remote)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve errors with Oracle and MongoDB database systems.
• Deploy and monitor Oracle PL/SQL functions and procedures.
• Provide project documentation and information as needed.
• Assist in design discussions for the creation of new database systems.
• Enforce accepted industry standards for security and optimization.
• Assist staff in updating the Department's applications during production deployments.
• Ensure information systems standards are implemented and enforced to maintain the integrity of the applications.
• Follow the directions, coordinate, and effectively interact with the Systems staff.
• Provide production supporting mission-critical applications.

Required qualification :

1. 4+ years' experience in the support of Oracle.
2. Proficiency in PL/SQL and Stored Procedures.
3. 1+ years' experience in the support of MongoDB.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner.
5. Ability to work independently in a team environment.

Evaluation Criteria :

• Oracle Support and experience.
• PL/SQL experience.
• MongoDB Support and experience.
• Experience working with government agencies.
