Job Description

DatamanUSA has an exciting opportunity for an Oracle Database Administrator to work with one of our direct clients in Los Angeles, CA.

Job Details :

Job Title: Oracle Database Administrator
Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve errors with Oracle and MongoDB database systems.
Deploy and monitor Oracle PL/SQL functions and procedures.
Provide project documentation and information as needed.
Assist in design discussions for the creation of new database systems.
Enforce accepted industry standards for security and optimization.
Assist staff in updating the Department's applications during production deployments.
Ensure information systems standards are implemented and enforced to maintain the integrity of the applications.
Follow the directions, coordinate, and effectively interact with the Systems staff.
Provide production supporting mission-critical applications.

Required qualification :

4+ years' experience in the support of Oracle.
Proficiency in PL/SQL and Stored Procedures.
1+ years' experience in the support of MongoDB.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner.
Ability to work independently in a team environment.

Evaluation Criteria :

Oracle Support and experience.
PL/SQL experience.
MongoDB Support and experience.
Experience working with government agencies.
