Join Stokers TenderEx Farms as an Order Picker, working efficiently in our sub-zero freezer environment to accurately pick and prepare high-quality frozen food products by bin number, involving repetitive lifting of 10-20 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. This crucial role involves working primarily within our sub-zero freezer environment to accurately locate, identify by bin number, pick, and prepare frozen poultry, meat, and other farm products according to customer orders and established procedures. A high degree of attention to detail is required to maintain order integrity. The role requires the ability to repeatedly lift 10-20 pounds throughout the shift, with the occasional need to lift packages up to 50 pounds. The successful candidate must be reliable, physically fit, and able to work consistently in cold temperatures.

The essential functions of this role include:
