We are seeking a motivated and experienced remote telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemarketing and CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce. You will be reaching out to prospective clients to introduce our services and set up appointments for our sales team. Your role is crucial to building relationships and driving our business growth.

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads lists.
• Follow a script and adapt conversations to answer client inquiries.
• Document all interactions and follow-ups within our CRM (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Schedule appointments and transfer interested prospects to our sales team.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly calling targets.
• Communicate feedback from clients to the sales team to improve services.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong CRM experience, with preference given to those familiar with Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
